By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to adhere by these terms and conditions. Using this website indicates that you accept these regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us.
You will be able to access most areas of this Website without registering your details with us. Certain areas of this Website are only open to you if you register.
We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you.
MAKING A PURCHASE
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will email you an order acknowledgement, detailing the product/s you have ordered.
Our acceptance takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
We may refuse to accept an order:
1. Where goods are not available;
2. Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
3. If there has been a pricing or product description error
4. If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions
5. No discount codes whatsoever can be used in conjunction with an e-wallet. Any order received with a discount code and paid for using an e-wallet will be deemed as void.
6. A maximum of one discount code can be used per order.
All transactions are in UK£ (Sterling).
All prices include UK VAT at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price. Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.
Our prices are reviewed periodically in line with fluctuations in the global price of silver, currency exchange rates and VAT changes.
When you receive confirmation that your order has been shipped or back-ordered this is an indication that we have accepted your order, and hence a contract between us. This should be within 72 hours of placing your order.
OUR CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
If you cancel your order:
1. You can notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on 01225 788762 before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
2. Where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with our returns policy.
All our items come with a 30 day full refund policy. Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing faults, but not misuse or accidental damage.
We will not be held responsible for any damage or loss whilst items are being returned to us. You should insure the items being returned are well packaged and we recommend that you send them by Royal Mail Special Delivery using our pre-paid service.
On receipt of your returned goods we will authorise a refund or replacement. We aim to refund to your original method of payment within 48 hours, but please allow a maximum of 14 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.
If any of our pieces develop a fault, contact us immediately with your Personal Jewellery Service order number and details of the problem. Once we've agreed the refund or replacement, we will let you know how to return the item to us and, on receipt, we will arrange to replace or fully refund your order whichever you prefer. This covers any item of jewellery acknowledged by us to be faulty, providing such faults have not been caused by misuse, accident, negligent handling or improper care of the goods - your product will need to be inspected before reimbursement.
Inspect any package thoroughly before accepting/signing for it. In the highly unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, please keep the original packaging and contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your Personal Jewellery Service order number and details of the issue. It is your responsibility to notify us of any damaged goods within three days of delivery. We will confirm how to return the item to us and, on receipt, arrange to replace or fully refund your order whichever you prefer. Your product will need to be inspected before reimbursement.
If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery, a pre-paid envelope will be provided when requested.
The item/s must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes valuations where applicable), "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used or marked. No refund or exchange will be given for the reason of change of choice after this 30 day full satisfaction period.

Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all material on this site (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by Personal Jewellery Service. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, any use of extracts from this site. If you breach any of these terms in our conditions, your permission to use this site automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed extracts from this site.
No part of this Website may be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without our prior written permission.
Any rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.
While we endeavour to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

You may not misuse the site (including, without limitation, by hacking or without prior consent).
We will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authority or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material in breach of clauses these terms.
To register with www.personaljewelleryservice.co.uk you must be over eighteen. If you wish to make a purchase and are less than eighteen, please contact us at email@example.com in order for us to verify your method of payment.
Each registration is strictly for a single user only. Personal Jewellery Service does not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on any network.
Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you and if you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should contact us immediately.
We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions.
We request personal information from the user within our order process. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders only. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with you. This information may be stored and used for the use of customer service representatives providing users with the service that they require.
