• Carefully package your item(s) and secure them in the fully insured pre-paid envelope
• Once received at LMG Jewellery, all such parcels are opened under CCTV
• All items have multiple photos taken to ensure that the final restoration matches exactly the original item condition. 
• A detailed and bespoke assessment of the required repair work will be carried out and a quotation will be prepared and emailed to you for your approval prior to the commencement of repair.
• Once we receive your approval your item will be repaired by highly experienced and expert craftsmen in our workshops.
• All such works are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months
• Before being returned to you we take multiple photos of the restored item. These photos provide comprehensive reassurance should you need to replicate the item at any time in the future.
• We then contact you to arrange the most convenient date and time to receive your item back via Special Delivery.
• We would also enquire as to whether you would like us to provide a detailed valuation of the restored item prior to despatch.
